Aquaman Movie
Style Guide

Warner Bros. Consumer Products worked with our team to develop a series of graphics for the Aquaman movie licensing program style guide featuring artwork of the film’s main characters – Aquaman, Ocean Master and Black Manta.

Our objective was to establish a trend theme for the graphics our team would create for this licensing program, to differentiate them from other trend themes being leveraged and to add diversity to the assets being offered to licensee partners.

Through our Pre-Design Research process, we uncovered a unique trend theme for the graphics – a treatment that incorporates fractured shards in bold colors, rectangular holding shapes and clean, yet manipulated typography for the aspirational editorial, merged with techy geometric textures and overlays of light refraction through water.
